"Support felt a bit too by-the-book"
The classes themselves are okay, but I didn’t feel all that motivated while going through them. When I reached out for support, it took a while to get a reply, and the response felt generic. What frustrated me most was that it kind of sounded like they were leaning on policy excuses instead of actually trying to help. It’s not terrible or anything, just didn’t feel like enough support for what I needed.
"Nice first Pilates class, even if I was a little confused"
I tried the trial class at Pure Pilates it went better than I thought it would. I’m still not totally sure what I was expecting, but I definitely walked in feeling a bit unsure.
I’m new to Pilates, so there were a few moments where I was like, wait, am I doing this right? But the instructor was really kind and explained things in a way that didn’t make me feel awkward. The class was calm, not too packed, and I liked that I could move at my own pace.
By the end, my legs were shaking so much I was kind of confused how such small movements could do that lol. But it felt good, and I’m thinking I’ll probably book another class soon.

"Pretty Good Classes, just a Couple little Things"
I’ve done a few classes on pure-pilates.net now, i’ve had a good experience overall. The instructors explain things in a way that actually makes sense, and the pace doesn’t feel like they’re trying to rush you through everything, which I Really appreciated. A few of the workouts were harder than I thought they’d be, but not in a bad way — more like a nice little challenge.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of sessions started to feel a bit repetitive, and I do think total beginners could use a little more guidance here and there. But overall, I liked it and would definitely use it again when I’m in the mood for a solid Pilates class at home

"Decent classes, but the price stings a bit"
I felt good about the classes overall, but the price kind of brought my mood down. They’re not bad at all, just not quite worth what they’re charging in my opinion.
"Actually beginner-friendly, thankfully"
I’m new to Pilates, and this was easy enough to follow without feeling completely lost, which I appreciated. beginner classes can be weirdly confusing sometimes, so it was nice that this one kept things simple.

"Always such a clean studio!!!"
I’ve been to pure-pilates.net a few times now, and the studio is always so clean!!! The mats, floors, changing area, everything just feels really well taken care of. I’m picky about that kind of stuff, but I haven’t had a single issue here!!! It makes it so much easier to relax and actually enjoy the class!!!
"Great variety of classes"
I really like how many class options there are, so it’s easy to mix things up and not get bored. Some classes can feel a little busy at times, but overall it’s been a really good experience.

"A little cramped for me"
The studio felt kind of cramped and a bit chilly, so I never fully got comfortable or relaxed, lol. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite the cozy vibe I was hoping for.
"Nice ppl, but kinda mixed"
The community vibe at pure-pilates.net is mostly friendly and welcoming tbh. People do try to help, and it doesn’t feel super intimidating, which I appreciate. That said, sometimes it feels a little quiet or even a bit cliquey depending on the class or chat. It’s not bad at all, just not always super warm every time. Overall, I’d say it’s okay.

"Glad I gave it a chance"
I’m really happy with this so far. I try to be mindful about what I spend money on, and this feels like one of those choices I can actually feel good about. Glad I decided to try it.

"I felt safe the whole time, which..."
I felt safe the whole time, which was nice. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and nobody got hurt or anything. Overall it was a good experience. Safety protocols appeared to be handled appropriately.

"Communication was a little unclear"
They did reply, and the replies did help a bit, but it was kind of confusing, confusing at times. I had to reread a few things to really understand what they meant.

"Workouts didn’t really do much for me"
I tried it for a few weeks, but i didn’t feel much stronger, or notice any real progress. It wasn’t terrible, just, kind of underwhelming

"Small classes make a big difference"
I’ve been going for a few weeks now, and I really like that the classes aren’t packed. The instructor actually notices when I’m doing something wrong and helps me fix it right away. From the relaxed vibe, you can kind of tell they want people to feel comfortable, not judged. It’s way less awkward than being in a huge group class, and I’ve been enjoying it a lot

"Pricing was actually straightforward"
I really appreciated how easy it was to see the prices upfront. No digging around, no confusing fine print, no random fees popping up later, no “surprise” charges after I signed up, none of that. It was just clear from the start, which made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful...

"Super Easy to Fit Classes Into My Week"
I was worried I’d have a hard time fitting classes into my schedule, but it ended up being really easy. I just picked times that worked around my week, and there was no stress trying to rearrange everything. It made the whole experience feel way more manageable.

"Surprisingly solid reformer"
I got my reformer last week i was kind of expecting there to be some catch, like maybe the photos made it look sturdier than it really was. But it actually feels really solid. The rails glide smoothly, the padding is comfortable, and there’s none of that cheap wobble you sometimes get with home equipment. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Progress tracking could definitely be better"
I’ve enjoyed a few of the classes, especially when I’m doing them after work with a cup of tea nearby, but the progress tracking feels weak. Sometimes I’m not totally sure what I already finished or if I’m actually improving. I was expecting better stats, or at least a simple weekly summary or something like that. The site itself works fine and doesn’t really give me trouble, but if you’re the kind of person who likes checking off progress and staying on a routine, it feels a bit too basic.
